We are the Displaced

On April 28, 2007, thousands of us around the US came together to take action. We willfully displaced ourselves into cold parking lots and grassy fields and unfriendly downtown cities. We built cardboard cities, rationed our food, and worked as one to make our voices, and those of the truly displaced, heard.


We are prepared to fight and win this war; we are prepared to bring down apathy with love; we are prepared to join the invisible--the ones who don’t exist; we are opening our eyes to open yours; we are crying out to be heard. LISTEN!
